Starlet Fever ships to most destinations around the world and we use Australia Post International trackable service for all our international orders where it is available in that country. Please note: we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses.

For delivery within Australia we offer free shipping when you spend over $150AUD. For purchases that do not meet this threshold we charge a flat rate of $7.45 standard delivery for items under 500g ($13.40 for over 500g) where the purchase is to be shipped within Australia.
Express Postage Rates are available.
Tracking is available for orders within Australia and selected countries. Deliveries to countries where tracking is not available will be sent Registered Post. For tracked postage, on the day that your order is shipped we will send you an email confirming its despatch which will include a tracking link so that you can follow your order’s journey right from the moment it leaves us and arrives to you.
For standard domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 3 - 5 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you. For international delivery, you should receive your order within 10 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.
We update our site’s product availability multiple times a day however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
